THE SKELETON CREW...SOMEWHAT

Since this October has turned out to be busier...no...CRAZIER than I could've ever imagined, P.B.E. and I decided to at least do something festive for Halloween. After all: it only comes once a year.
We were originally going for a "Skeleton Crew" theme, where we'd have three more skeletons doing things like ordinary people do. Unfortunately, we've just got one skeleton who looks like Magnum P.I. with a pet raven sitting on a white pumpkin.
Oh, well. It's not too bad, right?

Ha...not too shabby at all in fact! I like to see skeletons from all walks of life...er, I mean death?! The fact is...you at least haven't let the holiday go by without a little somethin' somethin' to get your spook on! I want some more skeletons too. My is playing the piano. I need to get a shot of him I suppose!

Thanks for the comment, Wendy! I was going to have one building something, one planting flowers in the flower bed, and another doing Lord-knows-what else. LOL!

I'd LOVE to see the piano one. I'll bet it's awesome!

FTG, your skelly looks like he is relaxing and enjoying the season - a skelly planting flowers would be a hoot, too!

Do you get out to any of the haunted houses in your area?
We hit a really good one last weekend - are still laughing about it and looking forward to another one this weekend.
Don't let the season slip past without at least one haunted house or trail!

Thanks, Dio! MY family and I always visit the Oakes Farm Trail of Doom. The proceeds go to a terrific children's charity and the trail gets more elaborate every year.

Thanks again!

Gmail thinks I'm Tristan for some reason(?), but it's Jon here. Magnum PI and I go way back. I think the skeleton is a cool dude!

Thanks, Jon! Perhaps because you and Tristan seem like wonderful people. In fact, reading both your blogs make me want to spend some time in both your worlds. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your blogs!

Yeah...come hell or high water, this skeleton was going to have a name. LOL!

Thanks again and hi to Tristan for me.

A very jaunty chap if I do say so!! He appears to be catching a bit of a rest before the onset of Trick-or-Treaters appear. :0)

Thanks, Jeanne! Now, there's a big orange and jadite green pumpkin. It added to the color.
